We started using Tipps Mystery in all of our sites in July 2017. We were not fans of traditional mystery customer products as had tried them in the past and were not impressed with the quality of the data.

Tipps proved right from the start to offer us rich data from reliable consumers and at a fraction of the cost of other products in the market. We love the flexibility of the system that means we can change questions whenever we want to. The fact that the mystery guests answer questions in real time (and that we receive the report as soon as it is submitted) means that we are able to action any shortcomings immediately.

We have been using Tipps Daily Feedback since January 2017 and Tipps Mystery since August 2017.

Previously we ran our own Mystery Customer program and had resisted using a third-party supplier due to the high cost. We got to know the team and Tipps and decided to give their Mystery Diner program a go as it sounded like a solution that could work for us.

We have been very pleased with the results and have been using the data that has been collected to help us to improve our service offer as well as incentivising our teams. We feel that Tipps offers us extremely good value for money and we know that we can rely on the feedback we are getting.

We have been using Tipps on campus at UEA since Spring 2017. Within a month of launch we were seeing an unprecedented volume of feedback and initiated a weekly Tipps meeting so that everyone on the team could share in the insight we were gaining.
