The Tipps system of feedback and rewards gives you the opportunity to turn your existing customers into your eyes and ears on the ground.
Customers answer a few simple questions about their experience and in return they earn TippCoins which they can spend on a reward of their choice. Regular, honest feedback from authentic customers
All feedback generated on Tipps comes straight to you. Nothing is posted online and Tippsters do not see other people’s answers, scores or comments. Customers must be at the venue to leave feedback.
Tipps uses a system of distributed questions to get the answers you need. Each customer answers three questions generated for them by the app from a longer list of questions chosen by you.
Each customer is asked to answer questions, give an overall rating, leave freehand feedback and mention a member of the team that has done a good job – quick for the customer and easy for you to analyse
You have complete control over all parts of the system via the Tipps Partner Control Panel. You can decide what questions to ask, what rewards to offer and update every element of the system in real-time
Using geolocation the app can tell users which venue is nearest. Customers must be in the venue to leave feedback.
The app generates three questions for each customer. The Customer then leaves overall rating and has the option to leave more feedback, name check a member of the team and mark feedback as important.
For each question they answer the customer earns TippCoins that they can collect across all venues they visit.
Customers can choose a rewards of their choice to spend their TippCoins on.
